These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase of and participation in the Predictable Consulting Clients Workshop ("Workshop") offered by Melisa Liberman Coaching ("Company," "we," or "us").
By purchasing the Workshop, you agree to these Terms.
1. Workshop and Enrollment
Your $249 enrollment includes:
- Two live, 90-minute group working sessions facilitated by Melisa Liberman.
- The Consultant Demand Roadmap workbook and associated resources.
- One optional live Bonus Demand Strategy Clinic.
- Access to a temporary private Workshop community.
- Lifetime access, as defined below, to available session recordings and designated digital resources.
The Workshop is a group educational and strategic working experience. It does not include private coaching, individual roadmap reviews, personalized implementation services, or ongoing business development support.
Payment is due in full at registration, plus applicable taxes disclosed at checkout. Enrollment is for one individual, is non-transferable without written permission, and is a one-time purchase rather than a subscription.
2. Refunds, Cancellations, and Schedule Changes
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as provided below or required by applicable law.
Refunds are not provided for missed sessions, scheduling conflicts, changes of mind, incomplete participation, or dissatisfaction with business results.
If the Company must reschedule a main Workshop session, we will provide an updated schedule. If a main session is canceled and neither rescheduled nor replaced with a reasonably equivalent alternative, participants will receive an appropriate refund for the undelivered portion. If both main sessions are canceled without suitable replacements, participants will receive a full refund.
The Bonus Demand Strategy Clinic is a complimentary additional experience. The Company may reschedule, modify, substitute, or cancel it at its discretion, without providing a replacement or refund, except where required by law.
The Company may make reasonable changes to Workshop scheduling, delivery arrangements, or platforms due to illness, emergencies, technical issues, or other circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to notify participants of material changes.
The Workshop is delivered online. Participants are responsible for their internet connection, compatible devices, and necessary platform access.
3. Lifetime Access and Workshop Community
Enrollment includes lifetime access to available recordings of the two main Workshop sessions and designated digital resources.
"Lifetime access" means access for the commercial lifetime of the Workshop product or the continued operation of Melisa Liberman Coaching, whichever ends first. It does not mean the Participant's lifetime or require the Company to maintain the Workshop or its hosting platforms indefinitely.
The Company may retire the Workshop or discontinue access to its resources. When reasonably practicable, we will provide advance notice and an opportunity to download available resources that can be distributed in that format.
Main-session recordings will be provided with reasonable efforts but may be edited or partially unavailable due to technical or privacy considerations. The Bonus Demand Strategy Clinic may not be recorded.
Lifetime access does not include future Workshop versions, new programs, additional coaching, or future live events.
Community access is temporary and may end following the Workshop and its associated follow-up period. The Company may select or change the platforms used to deliver recordings, resources, and community access.
Participants are responsible for saving their own completed work and business-specific documents.
4. Participation, Confidentiality, and Recordings
Participants agree to engage respectfully and professionally, avoid unsolicited promotions or solicitation, and refrain from sharing another participant's confidential information without permission.
Because the Workshop involves group discussions, the Company cannot guarantee confidentiality among participants. Please use discretion when sharing sensitive business information.
The two main Workshop sessions will be recorded and made available to enrolled participants. By participating, you acknowledge and, to the extent permitted by law, consent to the recording and sharing of your name, voice, image, questions, chat messages, and other contributions within the enrolled group.
Recording notices will be provided during live sessions, and any additional consent required by applicable law will be obtained. You may keep your camera and microphone off and limit your participation.
The Company will not use identifiable participant contributions in public promotional materials without obtaining any consent required by law.
Participants may not independently record or distribute Workshop sessions or private group discussions without written permission.
The Company may restrict or terminate participation and access for serious or repeated violations of these Terms, without refund except where required by law.
5. Intellectual Property and AI Restrictions
All Company-created Workshop materials, including workbooks, slides, templates, frameworks, recordings, and resources, remain the intellectual property of Melisa Liberman Coaching.
Enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials in your own consulting business. You may complete, personalize, and implement your Consultant Demand Roadmap.
Without written permission, you may not:
- Share, sell, publish, reproduce, or redistribute Workshop materials or recordings.
- Share your account or paid resources with others.
- Repackage Company materials or proprietary frameworks into your own courses, training, products, or services.
- Record or transcribe Workshop sessions or use AI meeting assistants or recording bots.
- Upload Company-created materials, recordings, or another participant's confidential information into AI tools, transcription services, or machine-learning systems.
- Use Workshop content to train AI models or develop competing products.
You may use AI tools to develop your own original business plans and content, provided you do not upload or disclose protected Workshop materials or another participant's confidential information.
Your original business information and content remain yours, subject to the Company's rights in its underlying materials.
6. No Guarantee of Results
The Workshop provides business coaching, education, and strategic guidance. It does not guarantee leads, clients, consulting engagements, revenue, profit, or any particular business outcome.
Results depend on your circumstances, decisions, market conditions, and implementation. Any examples or results shared are illustrative, not promises of individual outcomes.
You remain responsible for your business decisions and actions.
The Workshop does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other regulated professional advice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Melisa Liberman Coaching is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, profits, or business opportunities, arising from the Workshop.
The Company's total liability for claims related to the Workshop will not exceed the amount you paid for enrollment.
The Company is not responsible for third-party platform outages or technical failures beyond its reasonable control, subject to its obligations under these Terms and applicable law.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
8. Privacy and Communications
Personal information is handled according to the Company's Privacy Policy.
By enrolling, you agree to receive communications necessary to deliver and administer the Workshop, including confirmations, access details, reminders, and schedule updates.
Optional marketing communications are subject to your preferences and applicable law.
9. Governing Law and General Terms
These Terms are governed by Colorado law, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Participants agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting the Company. If unresolved, legal proceedings will take place in the state or federal courts serving El Paso County, Colorado, to the extent permitted by law.
The Terms presented at purchase govern your enrollment. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
