Terms and Conditions

By completing your payment, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment and Enrollment
   Your payment confirms your enrollment in the program and secures your spot.

• Pay in Full: The full amount will be charged immediately and processed securely through Stripe.
  
• Payment Plan: You authorize recurring charges to your credit or debit card for the number of installments stated at checkout. Payments will be processed automatically on the schedule indicated upon onboarding.

2. Commitment to Full Payment
   By enrolling—whether through a pay-in-full or payment plan—you agree to complete your payment in full. For payment plans, all installments must be paid as scheduled, regardless of your level of participation or completion. This is not a subscription that can be canceled mid-term.
3. Refund Policy
   All payments are non-refundable. Due to the nature of coaching and digital materials, no refunds will be issued once payment has been submitted. Please ensure you are committed to the program before enrolling.
4. Program Access
   Upon receipt of your first payment, you will receive confirmation of your enrollment and details on how to access program materials, calls, or sessions (as applicable). Continued access to the program may depend on timely payments.
5. Failed Payments
   If a payment fails, you will be notified and must update your payment information promptly. Program access may be paused until the issue is resolved.
6. Client Responsibility
   Your results depend on your participation, implementation, and effort. This program provides strategies, tools, and coaching designed to support your success, but outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
7. Intellectual Property
   All materials provided are for your personal use only and remain the intellectual property of Melisa Liberman Coaching LLC. You may not share, copy, distribute, or reproduce any materials without written permission.
8. Confidentiality
   Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all discussions, materials, and information shared during the program.
